Customer service lacked professionalism.

This hotel is located in an ideal spot, being so close to everything you'd want to be close to in the city. It is conveniently situated near the main tourist areas and the main square. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering local tips for restaurants and other attractions. The hotel also offers great facilities, such as a bar with excellent cocktails and comfortable beds.

It would be beneficial to have more light in the bathroom, particularly above the mirror.

We had an excellent stay here, everything was very clean. It was in a perfect location with Republic Square nearby. Enjoyed fast check-in and late check-out. The hotel provided reasonable prices.

Staff and location are very good, I really enjoyed staying here. Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and an electronic key card, a work desk and television with satellite channels in the room.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as I was able to easily walk to many different attractions in the city. It was also close to the bus station and not far from the Florenc metro station. The hotel facilities were very nice, with a modern and beautiful design throughout. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing me with good tips on where to go and making my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was tasty and the bar was reasonably priced.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the Old Town Square. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The bar and snacks were good value, and the breakfast offered a delicious variety of choices. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The decor of the hotel was hip and comfortable, and the bed and washroom were both comfortable. it was a fantastic place to stay.

The lounge bar was a great spot to relax, with a beautiful interior and affordable drinks. The bartenders were fantastic, providing excellent service. I would definitely choose this hotel again for any future visits to Prague.
